REGISTRATION is $210 per person double occupancy or $265 per person for single occupancy, and includes:

Important: If you are registering individually, simply indicate your roommate name.

Scholarship donations can be made at the door. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Hotel check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

There can be no refunds, but you may transfer your reservation if you're unable to attend. PLEASE call 512-261-4632 or click here to e-mail if you're transferring your reservation. We will need the name, address, and phone number of the person who will be taking your place.
